User workstations
Common Windows issues: slowdowns, security, software, network, and everyday use.
After more than 20 years in IT, I've seen the same emergencies return: lost photos, unusable backups, disabled antivirus, and computers locking up at the worst time.
The product comes from a repeated observation in the field, among friends, users, and small organizations.
As many of you know, I have worked in IT for many years.
Time and again, I have helped, troubleshooted, or advised people around me with computer problems. Maybe even you.
Over the years, I kept seeing the same situations return:
That gave me an idea: build an app that automatically monitors a computer, detects problems before they become critical, and guides the user toward the right actions.
That is how PowerIX was born. Today, PowerIX monitors your computer's health, alerts you when a problem appears, and helps you fix it simply.
A simple approach for users, built on methods used in professional environments.
Throughout my career, I have worked on both user workstations and complex systems where monitoring, backup, and prevention are essential.
That experience lets me design PowerIX with a simple user-facing approach based on proven professional methods.
Common Windows issues: slowdowns, security, software, network, and everyday use.
Monitoring, backup, availability, and incident prevention.
Monitoring methods used to keep services reliable over time.
Detection, alerts, guided actions, and repeatable procedures.
Personal computing should not become understandable only after an incident.
Too often, users discover a problem when it is already too late.
My goal with PowerIX is simple: help everyone understand their computer's state, anticipate problems, and protect their data without being an IT expert.
A useful diagnostic must explain the risk in plain language.
A good tool must alert before failure, not only after.
Photos, documents, and work data must be at the center of the product.
PowerIX is not trying to impress with metrics: it is trying to help you decide.
PowerIX monitors your computer's state, but its main role is to translate what it observes into understandable risks: slow computer, security issue, failure risk, or failing backup.
Important actions remain controlled. PowerIX suggests, explains, then lets you approve. That caution is intentional: your computer holds personal, professional, and family data that deserves better than opaque automation.
PowerIX @ Home is a monitoring and prevention app. It is not an on-site repair service: for an in-person intervention, PowerIX Informatique remains a separate channel.
The goal is not to turn you into an IT expert. The goal is for you to know what to do before the problem becomes urgent.
In a few minutes, you will know whether your PC is healthy, whether your backups work, and whether your antivirus still protects you.
